In order to provide you with the high-quality services in which you deserve Perfect Professional Solutions is dedicated to offering competitive services at affordable prices that will be a benefit to your budget. Our Prices are as follows:
Pricing PackagesWe have structured 3 pricing packages to best fit your needs and choices:
- Hourly Packages: Hourly packages are designed for regular or as needed services. Hourly rates vary according to service needs.
- Special Project Packages: Special project packages are designed for a one-time specific project service. PPS will accept and review your request for services and provide you with a quote prior to beginning work on the project. Special project rates vary depending on the project requested and requires a 50% deposit before any work begins.
- Retainer Packages: Retainer packages are referred to as bronze, gold, and silver packages and are designed for continuous client services. Prices are based on the need for continued services of 30 days or more. By purchasing a retainer package you will receive the added advantage of discounted rates. Payments are due on or before to the 1st day of each month of service requested.
- Support Services are offered on an as needed or one-time basis and the fees vary according to services needed.

Discounts and Referral Services- All first time clients will receive a 15% discount on services.
- PPS offers free on-site assistance once a month to all local-based returning clients.
- All military clients and their spouses will receive a 30% discount on first time services and will continue to receive a 10% discount for each service thereafter.
- All students will receive an additional 10% discount on first time services and will continue to receive a 10% discount for each service thereafter.
- If you refer a prospective client and services are rendered to that client you will receive 10% of their first bill for referring them to us. You will also receive 10% off of your next services.
- All members of mompack will receive a special discounted rate for services. Before you will be eligible for the discounted rate you will have to verify your mompack membership by providing the needed imformation.
- All Non-Profit Organizations will receive a special discounted rate for services. Before you will be eligible for the discounted rate you will have to verify that you are non for profit by providing the needed information.
PPS can only provide quality services on the following terms:
- Each tasks or project will be billed on an hourly basis.
- Each tasks or project that takes less than an hour to complete will be billed at a minimum of 1 hour of service.
- All services are calculated by 15-minute increments.
- All services require a signed, dated, and returned work agreement before we can begin on the task or project.
- All services require a signed, dated, and returned satisfaction agreement upon completion of work performed.
- All retainer services require a minimum of 1 month of service.
- A separate bill is invoiced at the end of each month to all clients who retain services. This invoice will cover the expenses for any overages or reimbursement of materials.
- Any unused retainer fees are non-refundable. We will gladly provide additional services to cover the unused amount before the expiration date.
- Any special project requires a request for services and a return quote for services before we will begin to work on the project(s).
- Special project related supplies include: printing, courier services, postage, copies, faxes, etc. Additional charges will be invoiced separately and billed to the client at actual cost.
- All Rush Services on projects require a 24-hour notice.
- All Rush Services on tasks require an 8-hour notice.
- Any Rush Services requiring 24 hours or less for completion of work are subject to a 25% rush service charge.
- All Weekend Services require a 24-hour notice and is subject to a 25% service charge.
- All tasks and projects will be returned to the client via CD, diskette, email, fax, FEDEX/UPS/DHL/USPS, or hand delivery (There will be a $.25 per mile charge for all hand deliveries within a 60-mile radius).
- Billable hours start at the time work begins. Billable hours include phone calls and research pertaining to tasks or projects, on-site meetings, and consultations.
- A $30.00 service fee is charged for all returned checks.
- We will no longer accept checks as a form of payment from a client after 1 check is returned.
- Final products will not be released until all payments are rendered and accounts are in good standing.
- All clients will have 2 options for payment of services.
- Advance Payments: (Can be pre-paid by a certified cashiers check, money order, check, or via PayPal).
- Partial Payments: (50% of payment is due in advance with the remaining balance to be invoiced to the client via email and is due and payable upon receipt for completion of services).
- PPS makes all efforts to provide error-free work. Any errors made on our behalf will be corrected free of charge if the errors are reported within 24- hours after receiving final documents and before returning the satisfaction agreement.
- It is the clients responsibility to conduct a final proofreading and to notify us of any errors upon completion of work.
- By returning the satisfaction agreement the client accepts and assumes full responsibility for services rendered and accuracy of work completed.
- Any errors or emissions thereafter, are not the responsibility of PPS.
- Any revisions that are not an error made on behalf of PPS and is a request of the client will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
- All client information and materials are completely confidential.
- No client tasks or projects will be released to any other party unless the client submits a written authorization for a release of work.
- PPS will under no circumstances sell, trade, or rent any client information unless, otherwise; the client submits a written authorization for a release of information.
- PPS will proudly sign and document a confidentiality agreement at the request of the client.
- We take pride in growth partner relationships and we exhaust all means to protect your confidentiality.
